Lemon syrup
In a bowl, cut two lemons into thin slices and cover them with honey. Let them soak for one day.

Properties: is rich in vitamin C, which boosts the immune system, is a good antioxidant, protecting cells in your body. It reduces inflammation and helps in body disinfection by stimulating sweat. In addition, it acts as a natural diuretic. Lemon juice and peel have an antiseptic effect. The fruit is rich in B vitamins (B1, B2, B3), PP, A (in fresh pulp and juice), citric acid and minerals.

Administration: 2-3 teaspoons throughout the day.

Other diseases treated with lemon syrup
JUICE: 200-300 ml of juice drank daily helps in treating rheumatism, because of its solvents and detoxifying properties.
MACERATE: Mix the juice of 1 lemon with well washed and crushed eggshell. Let it soak for 1 week and add honey to taste. Take 3 tablespoons daily. It helps fixing calcium in your body.
MASK: Mix 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of grape juice and 1 tablespoon of liquid honey. Apply it on face and leave for 15 minutes. It's very good for cleaning oily skin.

Beetroot syrup
Cut 5-6 beetroots than put them in a liter of water to simmer. Let it boil, until the syrup is thick, then strain.

Properties: it's rich in vitamins and trace elements which, unlike other vegetables, won't destroy and won't disable the thermal processing. It contains vitamin C, which promotes iron absorption, and copper which helps to maintain youth and the proper functioning of the pancreas. Zinc, in large amounts it's useful for reproductive organs, prevents hair loss and pimples.
