Being constipated is the worse. Not only can it be painful but it makes you feel bloated, huge, and just plain uncomfortable. But there are ways to cure constipation with things you probably have in your pantry right now.
1) Baking Soda and Warm Water
Mix one teaspoon of baking soda in a quarter cup of warm water. Drink it up quickly so it works fast. This will relieve constipation pain and will get things moving.
2) Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate
Being dehydrated can make you constipated. So, you'll want to drink lots of water to stay hydrated. Drinking sparkling water is said to be good for constipation because it hydrates you while the carbonation can help to push things through.
3) Eat Blackstrap Molasses
Take a tablespoon of blackstrap molasses before bed. You should be relieved by the morning. It contains lots of vitamins and minerals, including magnesium, which helps to relieve constipation.
4) Stop Eating Dairy
Foods like cheese, ice cream, milk, and other dairy products can cause constipation. This is because they can bind up your bowel movements. Eliminating or reducing dairy can help to relieve constipation.
5) Move Around More
