Here are some fruit from which the skin should not be thrown away but, instead, you should enjoy the most of it!
It is an excellent source of vitamins and minerals, containing both vitamin C and vitamin A, both of which the skin benefit. Vitamin C acts as a natural skin "bleach", removing spots caused by sun or certain diseases. Vitamin A helps to reduce wrinkles, dark circles and refreshes the skin.
Moreover, antioxidants from the orange peel helps to improve skin elasticity, combat acne and protects the skin from free radicals.
Mix two tablespoons of orange zest, 1 tablespoon honey and 1 tablespoon of yogurt. Apply this mixture on your face and leave it for 20 minutes, then rinse with warm water. This "cure" will cause your skin to be brighter and cleaner than ever!
It contains bioflavonoids, antioxidants that reduce oxidative stress and help eliminate toxic elements from the body, while having antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. It is also rich in vitamin C and citric acid that helps skin cleansing and freshening.
