Recently a survey was conducted and according to the results of this survey butter, olive oil and coconut oil are extremely beneficial oils for your overall health. The results of this survey also showed that when compared to vegetable oils, the coconut and the olive oils are much healthier. Many experts claim that the vegetable oils are very dangerous for your health. Namely they claim that the vegetable oil releases some harmful chemical substances which can lead to cancer and other deadly illnesses.
In order to find out more about this subject, many experts conducted various surveys. The results of these surveys showed that when cooked, the vegetable oil releases high amounts of aldehydes, which is a chemical substance connected to cancer, dementia, heart issues, and many other diseases.
After one of his surveys, Professor Martin Drootveld, stated that fish & chips fried in vegetable oil are loaded in toxic aldehydes for 200 times more than the allowed limit. He also stated that if you compare vegetable oil to butter, olive oil, or even lard, you will see that the vegetable oil releases way more aldehydes than the other ones.
At this point you need to know that coconut oil releases the lowest amount of harmful chemicals. Therefore you can conclude that coconut oil is the healthiest cooking oil. However you should know that in fact it does not matter which oil you will use because fried food in general is bad and highly harmful for your body and you must avoid it at all cause.
According to Dr. Stein from the Oxford University, sunflower oils may lead to various changes in the human brain.
In addition he stated that the NHS declared that the vegetable oils are the best choice for cooking and they avoided butter or lard for that purpose.
However, professor Grootveld from De Montfort University in Leicester, doesn’t agree with this. He claims that we have all been warned about the harmful influence of the vegetable oils on our health and that butter is certainly the healthiest choice for cooking.
Professor Grootveld also claims that during the production the vegetable oil is exposed to complex chemical procedures, which leads to accumulation of plenty of harmful chemicals.
Namely this is why fried food is so harmful for your health and you need to avoid it.
That is why we highly suggest that you avoid consuming any fried food. This way you will prevent any unwanted diseases that could harm you.

On the label of every product you can see whether that product was cooked in vegetable or olive oil. However you cannot blindly trust these labels, because you cannot be sure whether it is true.
