Ingredients:1 banana flower (cut and soaked in water and buttermilk, in order to retain its natural color)1 spring curry leaves3 red chiliesSea salt1 cup organic coconut, grated2 tsp. organic coconut oil½ tsp. mustard seeds
Boil the flower pieces for 7 minutes, and strain.
Add the oil, mustard seeds, red chilies and curry leaves in a pan, and cook everything together.
Add in the flower, turn the heat on low, and cook covered for 5 another 5 minutes.
Season with salt and grated coconut.
Stir well, and serve.
